- Badonkadonk - Refers to a woman's buttocks that are both large and firm.
- Banjee (or Banjee boy) - A type of young Latino or black man who entertains gay sex and dresses in urban style fashion for expressing masculinity, hiding sexual orientation and for attracting male partners.
- Barebacking - Penetrative sex without the use of a condom.
- Bean Queen (or Rice and Bean Queen) - Sexual slang refers to a person, usually a white male, who is primarily attracted to Hispanic and Latino males.
- Beer Goggles - When the consumption of alcohol lowers sexual inhibitions to the point that little or no discretion is used when approaching or choosing a sexual partner.
- Blue Balls - A term used for the temporary fluid congestion in the testicles and prostate region caused by prolonged sexual arousal in males.
C
- Chickenhawk - Term used in gay culture to denote older males who prefer younger males for partners. Other variations include Chicken Queen and Chicken Plucker.
- Cleveland Steamer - A form of coprophilia, where a man or woman defecates on a partner's chest.
- Cock Block - Being denied a sexual or a flirting encounter by a third party.
- Cock Tease - Describes a person, usually a female (but sometimes a gay male), who is perceived to act in a sexual manner to seduce, without actually fulfilling the expected sexual actions, thus to-tease. Typical synonyms are Dick Tease and Prick Tease.
- Cum Fart - When semen is squeezed out of the Vagina or Anus after sexual intercourse.

- Dyke Tyke - A man, or usually a heterosexual, who prefers the company of lesbians to that of other men or women.
- Dirty Sanchez - Involves anal sex where shit is smeared under the nose of the partner by using the dirtied penis to form a mustache. This can be seen in the controversial movie Screeched (2006) in which Saved by the Bell actor Dustin Diamond is cameraman and narrator.
- Dry Humping - Clothed genital to genital sexual stimulation.
- Dugout (or The Dugout) - Dirty slang word referring to full anal sex.

- Extra Innings - Refers to full anal sex.
F
- Fag Hag - A woman who enjoys the company of gay men.
- First Base - The act of kissing or specifically French kissing.
- Felching - The practice in which semen or other fluids are sucked out of another person's vagina or anus.
- Fourth Base - Full sexual intercourse.
- Fruit (or Fruit Cake) - Usually a negative term for a gay man, but increasingly used as an insider's term of endearment within the gay community.
G
- GFE (Girlfriend Experience) - A service a prostitute or call girl offers which includes acting like the girlfriend of the client.
- Grand Slam - Anal sex or other advanced sexual activity.
- Grinding - A type of close partner dance where dancers rub their bodies against each other in an erotic manner.
H
- Hogging - Predatory sexual behavior in which men seduce fat women as a type of sport.
- Home Run - Adult definition for full sexual intercourse.
I
- Irish Coffey Stain - This adult meaning refers to female cum stains on panties.
J
- Jig Jig Johnny - Slang word used by some Asian prostitutes asking clients for sex.
M
- Man in a Boat - Refers to a vagina where the clitoris is protruding above the vaginal lips.
- Mammary Intercourse - Varying adult terms - placing the Penis between the breasts of a women to engage sexual stimulation. Also known as: Tit-fucking or Titty-fucking (U.S, UK), Pink or White Elephant (U.S.), Diddy Ride (regional UK), Dutch Fuck (regional UK), Dutch Fucking, Bombay Roll, Boob-Sex, Motorboating, Milkshake, Hot Dog and Minnowing.
Q
- Quim - An old slang word for female genitalia, now mostly obsolete.
R
- Rice Queen - A white male who exclusively dates Asian, particularly East and Southeast Asian males. Usually, but not always, it is an older white man who dates younger Asian men. The term is often used as gay slang.
- Rusty Trombone - A sexual act involving the man standing with his knees and back slightly bent, with feet at least shoulder width apart in order to expose the anus. The other partner, typically is on their knees behind the man, performs anilingus while reaching up beneath the testicles or around the body to masturbate the man, mimicking the motions of a trombone player.
S
- Second Base - Fondling or groping, breasts, genitals etc.
- Skeet - Semen, or the actual act of ejaculating semen.
- Snowballing - The passing of semen mouth to mouth, to a partner.
T
- Taint - Refers to the perineum (the region of the human body between the testicles or vagina and the anus). This term has no basis in medical terminology and is most often considered lewd and mildly obscene.
- Teabagging - The act of a man placing his testicles, specifically the scrotum, in the mouth or face of another person, often in a repeated in-and-out motion. The practice vaguely resembles dipping a tea bag into a cup of tea and can be combined with facesitting.
- Third Base - Full nudity or non-intercourse orgasm (especially when resulting from oral sex).
- Topping from the Bottom - A BDSM term meaning a person who wants to be dominated but is directing the person on top to do so according to their wishes. Contrast with 'Service Top', one who agrees to deliver a given experience for a bottom.
